Welcome to Tiigo, a creative field sketching and inspiration recording application designed for artists, sketchers, and visual explorers worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how Tiigo ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Tiigo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Tiigo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Tiigo mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms, as well as any associated websites, APIs, or services operated by Tiigo. It governs information collected through the app regardless of the device or location from which you access the Service.
• This Policy applies globally and is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of China, and similar regional regulations.
• Tiigo is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• This Policy does not apply to third-party services, platforms, or websites that may be linked from within the app. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
We collect information in several ways: directly from you when you register and use the app, automatically through your device and usage interactions, and from third-party services where applicable. The categories of information we collect include:
• Username and display name chosen during registration
• Email address used for account creation and communication
• Password (stored in encrypted form; we do not store plaintext passwords)
• Profile photo or avatar, if voluntarily uploaded
• User preferences and settings configured within the app
• Device type, model, and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device ID)
• IP address and approximate geographic region derived from IP
• App version, language settings, and time zone
• Crash logs, error reports, and performance diagnostics
• Features accessed, screens visited, and time spent within the app
• Check-in history including solo and co-session records and timestamps
• Streak data, Coins balance, and transaction history
• Inspiration content viewed, bookmarked, or interacted with
• Search queries and filter selections within the app
• Sketches, drawings, field notes, and visual works uploaded to the Community
• Captions, descriptions, and tags attached to uploaded works
• Comments, replies, and reactions posted on community content
• Direct messages and call metadata (we do not store the content of audio/video calls)
• Approximate location derived from IP address for regional feature customization
• Precise GPS location only if explicitly granted by the user for specific features
• Location data is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, always in alignment with applicable legal bases such as your consent, legitimate interests, or contractual necessity:
• To create, maintain, and manage your user account and profile
• To enable core features including daily check-ins, streak tracking, Coins management, and access to the Inspiration Library
• To facilitate social and collaborative features including community posts, commenting, direct messaging, and co-sessions with other users
• To personalize your experience, including surfacing relevant inspiration content and community works based on your activity
• To send service-related notifications such as check-in reminders, streak alerts, and account security notices
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, policy violations, and security threats
• To analyze aggregated usage patterns for product improvement and feature development
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities
• To communicate updates to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions requiring a lawful basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following:
• Contractual necessity: Processing required to provide the Service you have requested, including account creation and feature access
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security, product analytics, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights
• Consent: Processing based on your explicit consent, such as for optional data collection features, marketing communications, or location access
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.
Tiigo is a creative community platform where users may upload, share, and engage with artistic and field sketching content. The following terms govern how UGC is handled:
• You retain full ownership of the original content you create and upload to Tiigo.
• By posting content to the Community, you grant Tiigo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
• This license ends when you delete your content from the platform, subject to caching and backup timelines.
• UGC is stored on secure cloud servers and retained for as long as your account is active or until you delete the content.
• Deleted content is removed from public view immediately and purged from our servers within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
• We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
• Users may report content they believe violates our policies. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within a reasonable timeframe.
• Repeat violators may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
• You may block other users, and comments from blocked users will be hidden from your view automatically.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
• We engage trusted third-party vendors to assist in delivering the Service, including cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, push notification services, and customer support tools.
• These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• We may also disclose information to enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights and safety of Tiigo, our users, or the public.
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and your options regarding your data.
• We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with research partners, advertisers, or the public.
Tiigo uses cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. These technologies help us:
• Maintain your logged-in session and remember your preferences
• Analyze how users interact with the app to identify areas for improvement
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Deliver relevant content and feature recommendations
You may manage certain tracking preferences through your device settings. Disabling some tracking technologies may affect the functionality of the Service. We do not use tracking technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising without your consent.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
• Account data is retained for the duration of your active account and for up to 90 days following account deletion, to allow for recovery requests.
• UGC posted to the Community is retained until deleted by the user or removed by moderation, with a purge period of up to 30 days thereafter.
• Usage logs and analytics data are retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 24 months.
• Legal hold: If your data is subject to an ongoing legal investigation or obligation, we may retain it beyond standard retention periods as required.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
• Passwords are hashed and salted using modern cryptographic standards; plaintext passwords are never stored.
• Access to personal data within our organization is restricted to personnel who need it to perform their job functions.
• We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of our infrastructure.
• In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, within the timeframes mandated by those laws.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Protecting children is a fundamental priority for Tiigo. The Service is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
• By creating an account, users confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
• If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately suspend the account and delete all associated personal data.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account on Tiigo should contact us at service@teni.love for prompt action.
• Tiigo has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• We actively monitor for CSAE-related content and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any related investigation.
• Users who encounter any content they suspect constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation are urged to report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting service@teni.love.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• You may update or correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information through your account settings or by contacting us.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
• In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

• We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your security.
Tiigo operates globally, and your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
• Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries not recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
• By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data to our servers and processing facilities, which may be located outside your country.
Tiigo features a virtual currency system called Coins, which users earn through daily check-ins and may use to unlock premium Inspiration content or make up missed check-in days.
• Coins are virtual rewards with no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or real-world currency.
• We record your Coins balance and transaction history (earned, spent, and forfeited) to ensure the integrity of the rewards system.
• Coins data is associated with your account and is subject to the same retention and deletion policies as other account information.
• In the event of account deletion, any remaining Coins balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Tiigo may send you push notifications and email communications related to your account and activity on the Service.
• Service notifications: These include check-in reminders, streak alerts, community activity updates, and account security notices. These communications are essential to the Service and cannot be fully disabled while your account remains active.
• Optional notifications: You may customize or disable non-essential push notifications through your device settings or within the app's notification preferences.
• Marketing communications: We will only send marketing-related communications with your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time.
The Tiigo app may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
• Analytics providers: We use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. These tools may collect device and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Cloud infrastructure: Our servers and data storage are hosted on reputable cloud platforms that adhere to high security standards.
• Communication tools: Voice and video call features may rely on third-party communication infrastructure. Call content is not stored by Tiigo.
To maintain a safe and respectful creative environment, all Tiigo users are required to comply with our Community Guidelines in addition to this Privacy Policy.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, and discriminatory content are strictly prohibited.
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or Tiigo staff is not permitted.
• Spam, commercial solicitation, and coordinated inauthentic behavior are prohibited.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights may be removed pursuant to applicable copyright law.
• Violations of Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
You can access and manage much of your personal data directly within the Tiigo app:
• Profile settings: Edit your display name, profile photo, and account preferences
• Check-in history: Review your complete record of solo and co-session check-ins
• Statistics dashboard: View your streak data, session counts, practice minutes, and community post count
• Community posts: View, edit captions, or delete your own posted works
• Blocked users: Manage your blocked users list to control which content appears to you
Tiigo may use automated systems to personalize your experience, including recommending inspiration content and surfacing community works likely to interest you. These systems are based on your in-app activity and preferences.
• We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users without human oversight.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in addition to the rights described in Section 11:
• Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. However, if we engage in any practice that constitutes a "sale" under CCPA, you have the right to opt out.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do:
